Building upper body strength and muscle?
What is the best workout regime to build arms, shoulders and chest and do you work each muscle group every other day or every two days?

You should try to rest each muscle group for at least two days. You can do chest one day, arms the next, and shoulders the day after. That way each muscle group has a few days to rest. For each each muscle group you should be doing around twelve sets (a set equal a certain amount of repetitions of a exercise). So a good chest workout for me is 4 sets on bench press (first set to 12, second set with little more weight to 10, third and fourth set with a little more weight to 8), 4 sets on incline press (using same sets as bench), and then 4 sets doing barbell presses. You can switch it up and do other exercises, or just change the order that you do them in. You can always do more than 12 sets, but don’t over-do it, because you wont grow any faster if you fry muscles, it can actually damage your muscles. There are alot of great shoulder and arm workouts too, but I won’t get into that right now. I can tell you that bodybuilding.com has ALOT of great articles and forums dedicated to just the art of lifting weights. (and no I am not affiliated with them, I just really think its a great site.)
