Is N.o-explode Good For U When You Work Out?

has anyone tried it? it has some warnings on it that u cant take it if u had a heart attack or you cant stand caffeine…. it suppose to boost your energy 10 fold before you work out. its nitric oxide i think… anyone tried it?

I am wondering which excersize is best for overall gains – squats or deadlifts. I know they are both great, but how do they help the the body build muscle ?

i got the go ahead to start goin to the gym a couple weeks ago, and i was just wondering if i could take bcaa’s and l-glutamine, i was also wondering about nitric oxide.

Why are my back muscles so ripped all of a sudden?

Seriously. I haven’t been doing any heavy exercises or anything. The only exercise I get is walking fast and a little bit of shadow-boxing. Still, my back is suddenly very muscular, and I honestly have no clue how it happened. Not that I’m complaining, mind you, but I’m very curious. Anybody else have something like this happen before?

Is working out your leg muscles beneficial to the other muscles you work out?

I heard though word of mouth that when you work out your leg muscles then it helps the other muscles you work on grow. Because your leg muscles are so big they release a lot more hormones, which the smaller muscles use to grow even faster sicne they are getting more of this hormone. This way your arm muscle for example will grow faster. Anyone hear of this?
