    Everyone has a 6 packs even small children, but the only problem is its covered with fat, to start of dont do endless sit ups, they rank the lowest in abdominal work out, start of by loosing as much body fat as you can, so you can see the muscles you are working on, from there on, do a few sets of crunches every night, no need to rest because we hardly use our stomach muscles alot threw out the day, so you wont relise if there achey or not. Be sure to warm up, this is the most important.

    Last workout I did 0 weight high reps for variation from my usual ab-workout. I did ~470 reps mainly focusing my sides (because they’re weaker than the ‘middle’), took 22 minutes to complete, with a total of 1 minute breaks for water, otherwise no rest.

    That’s proof that you don’t get a six-pack from just doing crunches. If I can do 470+ without almost any rest, but I don’t have it, then only crunches won’t give you one, right?

    My bodyfat% is too high, that’s why. We need to lower bodyfat%.

    No do not do that. You should let your muscles rest for atleast 40 hours before working out agian, You should do the exercises he does 2-3 times in a row, everyother day.
