I have been taking it for a week and was told it would make me healthier and lose weight. I don’t know whats going on now. Why would I gain weight?

Train hard 3 times a week, a couple lighter days in between there, one day rest. Make every excercise up to 6-8 reps (weight so youll be able to do that), then on lighter days some more reps ect..
Eat good food, enough proteins! Its the most important part of your diet when building muscle! Egg(whites), lean beef, low fat ham, turkey, chicken, tune ect..
Remember to warm up and stretch, it prevents injuries and helps your muscles recover faster..
