I am wondering which excersize is best for overall gains – squats or deadlifts. I know they are both great, but how do they help the the body build muscle ?
And secondly, do they help with upper body muscle, as well as lower body ?

I don’t mean best as which will help me lose weight fastest, but best as in whole, natural goodness. I’ve seen multiple brands, but have no clue of anything about them. The most I have heard is Acai Berry Pure is good, and Acai Advanced is supposed to be good too. Can someone please let me know what is the best Acai product out there? Also, if you have any past experience with Acai, please, let me know.

I’m a teenager just overcoming obesity and trying to renew myself for the year. For the sports I play, I want to build muscle, yet keep myself from becoming too huge. By that time, the supplement may already have harmed many consumers who used it. “The burden of proof is on the FDA to determine [a supplement] is dangerous and remove it from the market,” Cohen says. Consumer complaints are the primary trigger for investigations. One recent investigation of the dietary weight-loss supplement ephedra resulted in it being banned for sale in the United States.
