I recently bought the fat burner/acai berry combo from CVS. On both bottles, it says to take two pills, twice a day. On the outside package, it says take pills from both bottles to maximize results. Does that mean I should take two of each at one time? One one of each at one time? Also, are these healthier than other products because they are more natural? Thanks!
