What Are The Benefits Of Acai Berries?

I’ve been looking in to Acai supplements on this website http://www.easyacai.info and I want to know if those products are really legitimate? What are the real benefits of the acai berry? How does it make you lose weight? How much weight is it possible to lose? Will it make me more healthy?

    Acai Berries are very high in antioxidants, which cleanses your body. However they will not aid you in losing weight. This is apart of a large scam of people who profit off of ignorant Americans that have never heard of the Acai berry. It loses its nutritional content very soon after being harvested, and nearly all of it if turned into a powder or pill form.
    If you want to benefit from the berry nutritionally (it won’t make you lose weight), try looking for the fresh berry in your local gourmet market.

    If it is a good quality acai berry product, then yes, it is very benefitial. Acai is the best known antioxidant fruit that is known on the planet. The antioxidants and acai help to cleanse your body of free radicals. The natural lipids in acai help to give you more energy and stamina. The fiber in acai helps digestion and fat loss. The protein in acai helps with muscle growth. The amino acids in acai help give you strength. Acai has anti-inflammatory properties which helps with pain and swelling.
    But all those things can only come from a quality acai product. Many acai products that are out on the market are not quality acai. The manufacturing process of many of them actually strip the acai of its nutrients and antioxidants in order to turn it into a pill or powder.
    There is no predetermined amount of weight you can lose from taking acai. There are many factors that go into weight loss, including amount of exercise, calorie intake, body composition, and other factors that play into weight loss. Many acai products that claim “I lost 30 pounds” usually has small print at the bottle stating that “these results are not typical.”
    If you are willing to get a quality acai product, it will be a great addition to your diet. It will make you feel healthier and more energetic!

    Yeah it helps you lose weight really well, although it’s not a magic bullet. You still need a healthy lifestyle.
