What Can Building Muscle Do For Your Body?

If you build like 10-15 or more pounds of pure solid muscle…..i know you would look better but how would it benefit your body…..
Does your body burn food at a higher rate ?
I mean could you eat more without being full ?
Would you have more energy?

Your metabolism would be faster, which means burning food faster… having more energy, eating more… but also it would mean you NEED more food, so the only negative would be if you suddenly were somewhere that you couldn’t eat!

yes your metabolism speeds up, and some times exercise suppresses your appetite so you probly wont eat as much, and exercising on a regular basis gives you more energy, all around its a good thing
