l arginine causes a nitric oxide effect so i would just take that and some citrulline. nitric oxide drinks would probably cause you to puke if your not used to it. i dont know if the effects would show by just taking it once but it would increase “drive”, longer erection and produce more sperm or so i have been told but it seems to be working for me =D
nitric oxide and l arginine are just gonna increase more blood flow throughout ur wholebody. more blood to muscles, bigger pump. so for sex im gonna have to say youll probably last longer!
I would probably throw up on them.
