The men who discovered the effects of Nitric Oxide on the human body won the Nobel Prize in 1998. It is very beneficial to the cardiovascular system. It helps your body maintain proper blood pressure and clean arteries. Creatine basically just causes your muscles to retain water, so they get bigger, but it does not help strength. It makes you look like you can bench 400 lbs, but in reality, you’d be lucky to get up 275.

Creatine draws water into your muscle, thus increasing its size and allowing you to lift more weight. Your muscles are 75% water, so the more water, the more muscle.
Nitric oxide (NO) is a stimulant that pumps more arginine into your muscles thus allowing you to lift more weight. Think of it as a megadose of caffeine.

A lot and neither of them are good for you! Try a simple protein supplement like Muscle Milk Light.
