Whats the proper way to do a colon cleanse?

you can call me buddy asked:

I am going to start dieting exercising starting this week and i researched colon cleansing and am going to do that to help loose some extra pounds at first and to make me healthier. My question is, what is the correct procedure? I am going to use laxatives (the natural way would take 3 weeks of only drinking liquids and eating NO food).

Darling, if you really want to do it right (and just gobbling laxatives doesn’t sound like a great idea to me), look into this product. It’s a totally herbal cleansing kit that yanks the really ugly gunk out of your guts (mucoid plaque). There’s not much out there that will soften this stuff, certain herbs do though. I’m not pushing a product here, I’ve done two cleanses with their competition’s (arise shine) product and it’s flabbergasting the crap it pulls out of you. I’m a skinny guy and I lost permanent pounds of this black garbage. It’s in there, and it doesn’t go away without some very specific treatment, like with this stuff. I read tons about the blessed herb stuff, and like it because it’s quicker, simpler and a lot cheaper than arise and shine, which is also excellent. Many people have switched over.
Go online and read up. Check out colon cleansing forums and google all about it. The health benefits of getting that gunk out of you are huge. It’s one of the best things you can possibly do for your health.
    Good luck.
