When Should I Take Nitric Oxide Supplements?

I lift 3-4 days a week (every other day) but I train 7 days a week. I was wondering should I take my NO only when I lift or also when I’m doing Plyometrics, Sparring or any other cardio influenced workout?

    Take it when you lift. It’s supposed to give you a “pump” when you lift. I mean I guess you could take it during a cardio session to increase you energy levels, but i’d say your wasting your cash in that sense. keep it for the gains

    I don’t see the point of the NO supplements, unless your doctor said you have some sort of deficiency. Go read the NO Supplement instructions. Depending on the formulation, the dose and frequency should be different.
